The Factory Drag Link on the JK is simply not up to the task of holding up to larger tires. The drag link sees a lot of force turning large tires on and off-road, causing it to be susceptible to buckling or bending. Also, being that the drag link is the connector between your steering gear box and axle, a failure will leave you stranded on the trail. Finally, the factory tie rod ends on the JK will wear pre-maturely leading to poor steering and even Death Wobble. Our HD Drag Link System replaces the entire drag link with a heavy duty system designed and manufactured here in house. We use SOLID 1.5" 1045 Alloy Steel which is exponentially stronger than the factory material used. Our HD Drag Link System is able to take the force of turning large tires on the street or trail without the fear of bending. Our 1 Ton Tie Rod Ends are much larger than the factory tie rod ends, and are directly greaseable via a zerk fitting (These require some maintenance for maximum life).
