Why should I buy from CavFab?

What are CavFab's current lead times?

CavFab manufactures each order specifically for you, so lead times vary by product and finish. As a general guide, Bumpers, Tire Carriers, Diff Covers, and Armor ship in 1-2 weeks; Trackbars and Crossover Steering ship in 1-3 weeks depending on finish; Fender Flares and Inner Fenders ship in 2-3 weeks; and Alpha 3-Link Long Arm Kits ship in 3-6 weeks. How long does shipping take after my order ships?

Orders ship via USPS or UPS, and transit typically adds 5-7 or more business days on top of the lead time. Orders placed after 12 PM ET begin processing the next business day. See our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations page for full details.

What is CavFab's warranty policy?

CavFab backs every component with a 30-day unlimited warranty from the date of receipt. You must contact us before returning any part, provide proof of purchase, and submit photo or video evidence of the issue. See our full Warranty page for eligibility requirements.

What isn't covered under warranty?

Warranty doesn't cover structural modifications (painting, welding), improper installation, unintended use, corrosion on uncoated raw steel, or normal wear items like grease boots, Heim rod ends, and tie rod ends. Coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in new, unopened packaging. Contact info@cavfab.com first to receive an RMA number before sending anything back. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and the customer covers return shipping unless CavFab shipped the wrong item.

Which items can't be returned?

Rebuild kits, stickers, Heim joints/misalignment spacers, fasteners (bolts, nuts, etc.), tie rod ends, and bushing kits are final sale and can't be returned.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Yes. Orders canceled before shipping incur a 10% cancellation fee. If your order has already shipped with tracking added, canceling is treated as a restock and subject to a 30% restocking fee instead — the two fees never stack.

How do I start a warranty claim, return, or cancellation?

Email info@cavfab.com or call (833)-422-8322. We'll walk you through what's needed (proof of purchase and photo/video evidence for warranty and return claims) and issue an RMA number before you send anything back.

Does CavFab manufacture its own parts?

Yes. CavFab engineers and manufactures its Jeep bumpers, suspension, tire carriers, and steering components in-house in the USA, equipped on over 15,000 Jeeps and counting.
