DONOVAN – PRESIDENT & LEAD ENGINEER

With a background in machining and engineering, Donovan’s keen eye for perfection shapes every CavFab product. He’s the creative force behind the unique aesthetics and structural integrity that define our brand.

LYNSEY – OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Responsible for day-to-day operations and logistics, Lynsey keeps the team efficient and focused. Her organizational leadership allows CavFab to maintain productivity and consistently deliver top-notch products on time.

CRAEGAN – LEAD WELDER

Craegan’s “can-do” attitude and meticulous welding skills ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality. In addition to his hands-on fabrication work, he oversees the flow of production on the shop floor - coordinating team efforts, solving problems on the fly, and keeping projects on track from start to finish. His blend of craftsmanship and leadership helps set the tone for excellence throughout the shop.

CONNOR – WELDER

Bringing a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic to the shop, Connor is focused on continuing to build his skills while turning out clean, quality work. He’s always ready to pitch in where needed and brings a dependable attitude that helps keep production moving.

ANTHONY – WELDER

As one of the newest additions to the CavFab crew, he’s getting right to work learning our processes, sharpening his skills, and becoming familiar with the quality standards behind everything we build. He brings a willing attitude to the shop and is ready to take on the work, learn the craft, and grow into his role as part of the production crew.

BEN – LASER & PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR

Highly organized and always willing to jump in where needed, he keeps the laser and press brake side of the shop clean, orderly, and running efficiently. His attention to detail and pride in keeping his work area dialed in help keep production moving smoothly. With a positive attitude and a team-first mindset, he’s always ready to step in, lend a hand, and do whatever it takes to help the crew get the job done.

SAM – SHIPPING & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Sam is the final checkpoint before our products hit the trail. With a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach, she ensures every order is packed securely, shipped on time, and arrives ready for adventure. Her steady hustle and pride in the process make sure nothing leaves our shop less than trail-ready.

DAVID – DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

David manages CavFab’s digital voice, focusing on social media content, engagement, and brand visibility. He curates, edits, and schedules content that showcases our products and community in action, helping keep the CavFab brand front and center. With a background in sales and tech support, he’s always ready to jump in and assist customers when needed, but his main mission is driving brand awareness and capturing the passion behind everything we build.

CHAD – CUSTOMER SUPPORT & EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

With years of industry experience and a get-it-done attitude, Chad brings solid product knowledge, energy, and a team-first mindset to CavFab. As our Customer Support & Experience Specialist, he’s focused on helping customers get the right answers, solve problems, and have a strong experience from start to finish.
