Lead Time and Shipping Information

At CavFab, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but lead times may be influenced by supply chain or manufacturing constraints and are subject to change. We appreciate your patience and guarantee that the wait will be worth it.

Key Lead Time Details:

  • Lead Time Calculation:

    • Orders placed after 12 PM ET begin processing the next business day.
    • Holidays and weekends are excluded from lead time calculations.
    • Business hours: Monday-Thursday, 7 AM - 5:30 PM ET.

  • Shipping Policy:

    • Orders are generally shipped together to maintain order cohesion. However, smaller parts may ship separately if practical.
    • Small components may be packaged within larger shipments to reduce waste and ensure efficient delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled prior to shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
    • Orders canceled during site-wide sales incur an additional partial restocking fee.
  • Holds on orders pause lead time calculations. For example, if an order is placed on March 1, paused on March 3, and resumed on March 23, only two business days are counted toward the lead time.
  • If an order ships before cancellation, the cost of shipping and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
