The CavFab Story: From a Garage Startup to a Premier Jeep Performance Brand

Founded in mid-2016, CavFab began with a simple goal: to design and build Jeep XJ parts that offered a superior suspension system—something not readily available on the market at that time. What started as a rough sketch on a napkin quickly took shape. After showcasing our first prototype, we discovered a strong demand from fellow enthusiasts who wanted the same high-quality components for their own builds.

Early Growth and Expansion

In the beginning, we worked primarily out of a detached garage on a part-time basis, pouring our efforts into designing and producing a full range of Jeep parts. As word spread and our website went live, the demand for CavFab products exceeded our expectations. By mid-2017, we had outgrown our initial workspace and moved to a larger facility to boost production and streamline operations.

From day one, our mission has been to deliver top-tier components at an affordable price—all made in the USA. We take pride in the engineering, durability, and performance of each product we create. That’s why every CavFab part comes with a lifetime warranty, underscoring our confidence in its ability to handle the toughest off-road conditions.

Product Line Expansion

Over the years, we’ve developed suspension, steering, and other performance upgrades for various Jeep models, including the TJ, JKU, JLU, and JT platforms. By acquiring our own test vehicles, we’ve been able to rigorously trial new designs before bringing them to market. This commitment to innovation led to another facility move in mid-2018—this time to our current 12,000-square-foot location in Wildwood, GA, complete with ample inventory storage, a spacious production floor, and plans for an in-house showroom.

Racing Partnerships and Industry Recognition

Our dedication to performance caught the attention of off-road racing teams and influential industry partners. In early 2016, Poor Boy Racing out of Ridgecrest, CA, chose CavFab’s suspension system for their 4600 class Ultra4 car, putting our components to the test at events like King of the Hammers. Gear Monkey Racing also opted for our suspension and steering systems, further proving CavFab’s capability on some of the world’s most demanding off-road stages.
