Upgrade your Jeep JK/JKU with the CavFab HD Steering System, built to handle hardcore off-road abuse while delivering a smooth steering experience on pavement. Featuring a heavy-duty tie rod and drag link, this system completely replaces weak factory components with much stronger parts. Perfect for both daily drivers and dedicated trail rigs, installation is hassle-free—no drilling, reaming, cutting, or welding required. Backed by the CavFab NO BS Warranty, this is the ultimate steering upgrade for your Jeep.

NOTES
- Take care not to over-grease the tie rod ends—over-greasing can damage the boots. Torn boots are not a warranty item.
- Designed to work with factory trackbar and stabilizer axle mounts. We cannot guarantee fitment with aftermarket relocation brackets.
- We recommend this kit be installed with aftermarket wheels, as factory 17" JK wheels lack sufficient backspacing for the larger rod ends to clear. A wheel with 4.75" backspacing or less is recommended. Factory wheels with a 1" or larger wheel spacer also work.
- This is our full steering system and includes both the tie rod & drag link. Components are also sold separately. A flipped drag link option is available.
- Not compatible with Fox or Falcon ATS Stabilizers (Through Shaft). Compatible with all other stabilizers.
- Also offered in 7075 Aluminum.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
- CavFab products include a 30-day warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects only. This does not cover wear items, improper installation, modified parts, or rust on raw steel. Products must be unpainted and installed within 30 days to remain eligible.

- Most products do not include printed instructions. Installation notes are listed on the product page, and support is available if you need guidance during setup.
