The solid 1045 steel tie rod in the creative is one option in this verified 1-ton range. A tie rod joins the knuckles; a drag link transfers movement from the steering box. Replace only what your build needs. Both the steel and 7075 aluminum tie rods require no lift. Wheel clearance still applies; drag links and complete kits have separate lift requirements.
Know what changes with your configuration
Standard and flipped are installation choices, not a simple good/better ladder. Flipped products require lift, drilling and verified track-bar/stabilizer geometry. Their taper sleeve is already included.
