The factory Jeep JK tie rod isn’t built to handle the demands of larger tires or rugged off-road terrain. The CavFab HD Aluminum Tie Rod is a direct bolt-on upgrade made from 1.5" 7075 aluminum, also known as 'memory metal,' which flexes back to shape after impacts for unbeatable durability. Paired with oversized 1-ton tie rod ends, it ensures tight, responsive steering on-road and dependable strength off-road. For those who prefer steel, an HD Steel Tie Rod option is also available. Backed by the CavFab NO BS Warranty, this heavy-duty tie rod upgrade makes your Jeep JK ready for the toughest trails.

NOTES
- Take care to not over grease the tie rods ends, over greasing the ends will cause tearing and damage the boot. Torn boots are not a warranty item.
- We recommend this kit be installed with aftermarket wheels, the factory 17" JK wheels to not have a sufficient backspacing to allow for the larger rod ends to clear. A wheel with 4.75" Backspacing or Numerically less. If you run factory wheels with a 1" or larger wheel spacer this will suffice also.
